Contested Spaces: Examining the Past, Present, and the Forgotten
Contested Spaces was a one-year, traveling exhibition designed through a collaboration between Gropen, Inc, the University of Virginia Bicentennial Committee, and the students of HIST 3559. For this endeavor, one of my main functions was designing the graphics of the physical, 4'x4' panels with the help of a partner using Adobe Creative Suite. Additionally, I worked with a smaller team to investigate the dissolution of the UVA tradition of Easters, specifically through the lens of the institution's 1975 Commission about the event, for the final panel of the exhibit.
